Lockheed Martin Help Desk / Systems Administrator (Absecon, NJ) in Absecon, New Jersey
Will develop and operate an enterprise helpdesk to support the LM Energy areas of business. This position is also expected to assist leadership in the development of metric data which tracks activities supported by the helpdesk. Responds to service requests related to back office issues, LM Energy Cloud management and energy efficiency applications. Records the issue or request, correct severity 1 issues or refers higher severity issues to the appropriate group or individual using the ServiceNow tools. Upon closure of the issue or request, will occasionally contact the user to ensure customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications Experience with Help Desk Processes and IT issue resolution Experience with break/fix processes Strong background and training in data center operations Excellent Customer skills Strong networking, virtualization, hardware, and operating system experience. Experience with AD and windows operating systems. Familiar with IT Enterprise environments and procedure concepts.
Desired skills Background and training in Helpdesk Design Concepts, Service Now operations and configuration concepts. Experience with MS Dynamics and AWS. Familiar with IT Security concepts (cyber) and assessment processes
