Lockheed Martin Document Control / Configuration Analyst / Archbald, PA in Archbald, Pennsylvania

Employee will oversee maintenance and purchase of reproduction machines, and contact vendors for pricing and service. Must be able to understand and complete filing and retrieval of all documents and media within the department. Must be able to make decisions regarding how to set up the flow of documents through the department. Knowledge of handling Classified documents will be required. Employee will participate in Security Audits in the Media Center. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to work independently, and be able to multi-task. Will have authority over ordering supplies for the site, including paper, toner, and office supplies. Employee must be able to communicate to engineers, be detail-oriented, and work to a schedule. Employee will also have Release Agent duties including reviewing drawings for correct markings, use of the correct template, sheet count, and revision, and revision history. Must be able to read and format technical design reports.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.

Experience in office related duties with analysis and decision making skills related to a variety of document control items / processes as noted in the job description field above.

Exposure in a fast paced versatile working environment.

Possess strong computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of MS Office software.

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
