Lockheed Martin Ethics Administrative Assistant in Bethesda, Maryland
This position will support our corporate ethics and business conduct program. The individual who fills this role will perform a range of tasks, working closely with a geographically distributed approximately ten-member staff as well as executives from various corporate functions and business areas. S/he will also engage with external organizations and stakeholders. Multi-tasking to support overlapping activities and deadlines will be a norm.
Specific duties will include: • Calendar coordination, meeting/webcast scheduling and support • Procurement tracking and invoice payment coordination • Ordering/inventory/shipment of office supplies, giveaways and training materials • Assist with Enterprise Operations Ethics Awareness Training and Business Conduct Compliance Training tracking, status reporting and makeup sessions • Support tracking of internal Ethics organization training requirements • Coordination and/or tracking of industry memberships, conference participation and external presentations as well as consolidating summaries of conferences from attendees • Maintaining team Sharepoint and Ethics Desktop Guide • Providing standard responses to certain employee and external inquiries • Assisting with award and external survey submittals • Assisting staff with project and program processes and actively managing projects through their life cycles. This may include, for example, providing input to training development • Assisting staff with travel arrangements and expense reporting • Proofreading communications, training and presentation packages; this may also include opportunities for creative input • Using the web and other resources to search for, retrieve and summarize information needed to address specific inquires. • Special projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications Experience with MS Office suite elements – Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail Strong multi-tasking ability Strong writing/grammar skills Ability to communicate effectively Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work with minimal direction
Desired skills Experience in Sharepoint and/or website maintenance Experience with MS Excel High School Diploma or Associate's Degree 3 or more years of administrative experience in a corporate or business setting
