Lockheed Martin Military Operations Analyst / Top Secret (Fayetteville, NC) in Bethesda, Maryland

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Deputy Director for a position in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities include:

Perform duties as the Deputy Director. In addition to the general functional requirements the Staff Integration Seminar (SIS) Chief will be required to perform the following tasks:

Perform and understand all tasks performed by all subordinates with will include the SIS Chief, Individual Augmentees (IAs), Redeployment and Permanent Party Chief and the Security Analyst

Conduct work activities and oversight of administration of Reception, Staging, Onward Movement and Integration (RSOI) of incoming and outgoing weapons and equipment

Act as the primary unclassified web manager

Provide oversight and management of all personnel to receive all incoming and outgoing personnel arriving to support the command

Act as the access database manager.

Manage all Organizational Clothing & Individual Equipment (OCIE), Central Issue Facility (CIF) and Nuclear, Biological, Chemical (NBC) equipment

Perform duties as the primary Operations Officer

Make recommendations to the Officer-In-Charge (OIC) for operational procedures

Write evaluations for all subordinate to the Deputy Director positions

Ensure all permanent parties are completely in and out processed

Manage all permanent party and SIS personnel tracking documents

Oversee all coordination with sponsor and IAs for in-processing

Act as primary IA file manager

Perform JPAS security clearance checks

Checks customer’s SIMS database to confirm accurate clearance information

Prepare and process travel orders

Basic Qualifications Must have a minimum of five (5) years military experience

Willingness to work rotational shifts including days, evenings, midnights, holidays and as required

Better than average written and verbal communication skills

Detailed knowledge of the Special Operations community with the last five (5) years of experience in such units

Must hold a Top Secret clearance and be able to maintain such a clearance

Must be able to lift 70 pounds

Desired skills TS/SCI clearance

Detailed knowledge of the Special Operations community with the last ten (10) years of experience in such units

Deployed within the last two (2) years
