Lockheed Martin Information Security Assurance Analyst / Information Systems Security Officer / Information Systems Security Manager / Classified Cyber Security in Camden, Arkansas

Lockheed Martin is seeking a multi-faceted classified cyber security professional to provide security support to the Lockheed Martin – Missiles and Fire Control Security Organization in Camden, AR, as an Information System Security Manager and COMSEC Account Manager. Candidate will ensure classified information systems (IS) are compliant with Defense Security Service Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Chapter 8, and Industrial Security Field Operations (ISFO) Process Manual requirements. Candidate will be responsible for interpreting government security directives to determine technical requirements and assist with preparing written instructions to facilitate proper security implementation. Candidate will author, implement, and maintain system security plans, profiles, certification reports, Plan of Action & Milestones (POAMs), and other artifacts as required to implement Risk Management Framework (RMF), NISPOM and ISFO certification & accreditation (C&A) requirements. Candidate must be able to effectively interface with internal and external customers.

Candidate may provide security oversight for various system configurations (multi-user standalone and local networks) and must be able to collaborate with other security disciplines to ensure all classified computing assets are properly accredited. Candidate will conduct security education training for all system users on appropriate risk mitigation strategies and provide initial and on-going technical security support regarding system architectures, C&A requirements and training. Candidate will participate in security compliance audits and vulnerability assessments. Candidate will participate in Enterprise self-inspections and perform periodic self-inspections of local classified assets to measure regulatory compliance. Candidate will validate completion of weekly system audits, media review and sanitization, and hardware/software configuration management activities. Candidate will perform data integrity investigations and containment on IA related security violations/incidents. Candidate will perform other associated duties as required and take direction from senior security team members.

Camden is located on the Ouachita River, at the end of the navigable river. Camden is about a two hour drive south from Littlerock, AR. Camden is part of the Timberlands region of Arkansas. Timber, Oil, Deer Hunting, Bass fishing... These are words commonly used when people talk about the Timberlands of Arkansas. It's a region with rich natural resources that was discovered by pioneers from the eastern United States in the early 1800s. The abundant natural resources of the Timberlands are still attracting people today. Communities within an hour or two from Camden include Texarkana, Hot Springs AR, and Shreveport, LA.

Basic Qualifications Experience working with classified information systems utilizing RMF and NISPOM requirements. Must be able to provide security advice and guidance to program management and direct implementation of the requirements. Ability to author system security plans, maintain accreditations, and perform technical certifications for accredited systems. Must have COMSEC experience and possess strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills. Must work with multiple customers and be able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects in a dynamic deadline-driven environment. Position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment and engage internal/external customers at all levels. Must be available to support off-hour operational requirements as needed.

Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and must have at least an Interim Secret to start. Must be a US Citizen.

Some travel may be required.

Desired skills Thorough understanding of RMF and NISPOM C&A requirements. Prior ISSM or ISSO experience. Familiarity with DISA STIG Viewer and SCAP compliance tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and server management tools. Knowledge of system and network administration.

Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. Candidate should possess knowledge of IT processes and COMSEC keying hardware.
