Our Grand Prairie, TX location is our headquarters for MFC.
We are seeking experienced Guidance, Navigation and Control engineers with an active security clearance to work on the development of high-performance missile systems in Grand Prairie, TX. Relocation is available and must reside in Grand Prairie, TX (Dallas).
Skills and experience should include some or all of the following:
- Design and tuning of autopilots, guidance laws and Kalman filters;
- Design, coding, maintaining and running simulation models of missiles and their subsystems for 6-DOF performance analysis, trade studies, pre-flight predictions and post-flight reconstruction;
- Fire control algorithm design, engagement planning, engageability analysis and performance predictions;
- Detection and tracking algorithm development and verification -Aerodynamics -Hypersonics
Applicants should have a solid understanding of flight dynamics and strong programming skills in C++, MATLAB or FORTRAN. Experience with guided missile systems is preferred.

Experience with a high-level programming language such as Fortran or C++
Experience with performance simulations of missile systems
Strong math skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a large team
