Lockheed Martin Logistics Management Analyst (Item Manager) in Clearfield, Utah
Monitors empty bin reports and works with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Program Management Office to expedite orders for aircraft-related parts. Responsible for monitoring DLA and Commercial supplier order status to identify possible and actual shortages and initiates mitigation actions to bridge supplier gaps. Briefs management on progress of mitigation actions and provides status to material handlers and leads. Attends customer meetings and briefs parts status on bin outages and mitigation actions taken to prevent future outages. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. May be required to work over-time to meet customer needs. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications Material Planning/Material Forecasting experience 2 years of data analysis experience MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desired skills MS Access Supply Chain Management experience, preferably with DLA and/or USAF. Strong oral and written communication skills Experience working in a demanding, fast paced environment Experience interfacing directly with government customers
