Lockheed Martin Cyber Architect Senior Secret Clearance King of Prussia, PA or Colorado Springs, CO in Colorado Springs, Colorado

This position will be located either in Colorado Springs, CO or in King of Prussia, PA and will require up to 25% travel to the other location. The qualified candidate will support the Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) Program and the Combined Orbital Operations Logistics Sustainment (COOLS) contract from the US Air Force (USAF) Space Command's Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC). The Cyber Architect Stf position supports both programs and will be responsible for the architecture design, development, and integration of security architectural features, safeguards, controls into new and existing infrastructures while maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of mission-wide systems, networks & platforms. Ensuring security integrity and risk management between both AEHF development and COOLS sustainment environments and deliverables. The candidate will be responsible for vulnerability management and perform IT security functions such as vulnerability testing, analyzing, auditing and accreditation. The qualified candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer requirements & provide input to system requirements based on security architecture. Address system-of-system architectural needs through all layers of embedded security within a given architecture to ensure the delivery of a resilient, trusted solution. Provide multi-disciplined teams with design & implementation of cyber security (CS) system architecture. Responsible for production of CS architectural artifacts and ensuring all CS artifacts are integrated into systems engineering deliverables. Experience with leveraging, integrating, and implementing standards, directives, instructions, guidance, policies, & policies into engineering solution to ensure the solution meets customer requirements. Provide architectural analysis of CS features & relate existing system to future needs & trends. Must know how to apply the Risk Management Framework (DODI 8510.01) across all phases of the engineering lifecycle. Must have experience in the Cybersecurity Lifecycle to include: generating IA requirements, creating IA architecture design, configuring IA audit tools, conducting IA verification and performing IA compliance. Effective interpersonal skills are required with a demonstrated ability to support complex organizational relationships. Excellent technical document preparation and verbal communication skills are required for presentation. Compile and leverage best practices & lessons learned into future iterations & new designs. Participate in proposals through ownership of CS architecture design & definition. Mentor next gen of Cyber Architects. Support of the program Systems Engineering Life Cycles Reviews

Basic Qualifications - The successful candidate is expected to have a working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (DODI 8510.01) - Knowledge and experience with Cyber security requirements with a strong background in incident response, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments - Understanding of Cyber Security implementation, verification and certifications - Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers. Must be able to communicate and lead architectural changes across program and customer organizations. - Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills - Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience - Cyber Security Architectural design and development experiences for custom software applications and infrastructure. - Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to ultimately obtain a Top Secret clearance

Desired skills - Experience with US Air Force Military Satellite Communications programs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with the following technologies/processes: Windows OS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Communication Foundation, VMWare vCenter and vSphere, ICD-503 security controls, cross-domain data guard solutions, AWS Cloud Services, Network architecture and administration. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project). - Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members. - Effectively manage change - AWS Solutions Architect Certification - Experience in the design/development of Windows based information systems COTS product integration experience
