Lockheed Martin Data Quality Integration Management Engineer, F35 Program in Eglin Afb, Florida
The selected candidate will be assigned as a Data Quality Integration Management (DQIM) On-Site Representative at the F35 Operational site at Eglin AFB, Florida.
Will be responsible for providing Technical Engineering, Logistics and Data Quality knowledge and Leadership skills supporting F-35 Program Sustainment Data Product Integration & Delivery (SDP I&D) and Sustainment Support activities within the Data Quality & Integration Management (DQIM) Team's, Logistic Data Management (LDM) & Supplier Integration group.
A. Prior to permanent job assignment at Eglin, AFB, FL. the selected candidate will be required to visit Fort Worth for approximately 3-4 months for On-the-Job-Training and Instruction with the DQIM team.
B. Will be responsible for supporting execution of contract requirements associated with Site Support requirements related to Data Quality. Will interface regularly with DQIM Fort Worth base Site Support, Production Operations, F35 Program Office, F35 Sustainment, Chief Engineers Office, Suppliers, LDM, Lighting Support Team (LST) and other F-35 stakeholders to ensure requirements are addressed relative to Sustainment Data Product (SDP) quality.
C. Will support Data Quality initiatives across the F-35 Program on SDP data flow, source systems and participate in development and continuous improvement of team processes, tools, workflows, documentation, and metrics.
D. Will support Sustainment Data Product (SDP) integration, research/analysis, processing, and handling data exchanges between Program Stakeholders and Systems, Suppliers, Teammates, Propulsion System Contractors, Internal Data Authors and Operational Sites.
Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
Site Support interaction with customer support, Action Resolution (AR) review, analysis and decision making related to data accuracy and program processes relevant to support post-delivery of Aircraft and Non-Aircraft equipment or operational site standup and sustainment operations.
Perform data modeling, mapping, mining and Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) activities.
Apply data quality forensics and participate in assessments of SDP and/or Supplier and unit data submissions.
Support coordination with assigned users, application teams, and DQIM EEL/Supplier Integration Team, to understand issues and needs; prioritizing, determining solutions, and implementation of Data Quality or Action Requests (AR) resolution.

- Configuration Management As-Built Data
Conduct data analysis and trend interpretation for developing statistical process control methods in support of aviation information and readiness reporting requirements.
Create reports using Microsoft Office for trend analysis and submit them to upper management for decision-making
Participate in functional analysis, timeline analysis, structured improvement activities, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into system specifications.

* Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance prior to starting.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with 5 years related professional experience or 3 years related professional experience and a Masters degree
Related experience must be in the following skill sets: - Experience with Management and Manipulation of data using Microsoft Excel or Access - Experience performing Data Extraction, Translation, Migration and Loads - Experience performing data quality audits/verification - Application of Data Modeling, Profiling or Analysis techniques to establish patterns and trends - Experience performing Configuration Management of data - Experience with Aviation Environment and Equipment
Desired skills The following skills are desired but not required:
- USAF Aviation and Organizations
- Core Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Project)
Working experience using F-35 ALIS applications (i.e. CMMS and CRM)
Use of TeamCenter (PDM/LDM) to review and verify Design and Logistics Data
First-hand experience using F-35 ATLAS application to extract and verify logistics data
Development of Aircraft/Aviation System Bills-of-Material (BOM)/Structures
Reading, Writing, and Applying Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract, process and manipulate data
Reading, Interpreting, and Writing eXtensible Markup Language (XML)
Hands-on knowledge with TeamCenter e-Cubed report builder
Hands-on experience with Shop Floor Manager (SFM) System
Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance Documentation System (QADS)
Production Planning and/or Shop Floor Operations related to data or systems integration
USAF/USMC and US Navy Aviation and Organizations
