Lockheed Martin Force Modernization Analyst- Top Secret Clearance in Fort Meade, Maryland

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Force Modernization professional to support our U.S. Government customer in the Ft. Meade area. Successful candidate will have experience and technical expertise with requirements in all areas of ground, air, imagery, measurement, and signature intelligence, while assisting with logistical support to air worthiness review actions. Assist with all actions leading to the development and preparation of various technical documents and reports, moving, tracking, and monitoring Geospatial equipment, testing and evaluation of equipment in both ground and air platforms, participating in various technical exchange meetings (TEMs), and traveling as required in support of program and project developments, demonstrations, and testing. Assist the customer throughout the lifespan of assigned programs, projects, and efforts. Assist with providing oversight, while ensuring successful completion of the airworthiness release process in accordance with the customer’s guidance. Attend new technology demonstrations, evaluate existing, new hardware and software products, and provide suitability feasibility study for the customer. Assist in the integration process of customer approved technologies and the modernization process to recapitalize existing capabilities through testing, troubleshooting, evaluation and fielding ground or air, new or upgraded hardware and software technologies. Assist in the development of short, mid, and long-term integration planning schedule, assisting in requirements and development, technical writing, contract implementation, project oversight, project closeout, and special projects. Assist with performance of open-market research on emerging technologies; attend TEMs with industry vendors and other government agencies.

Basic Qualifications 10 years’ experience working within Department of Defense or other inter-agency/Government organization of which eight years are in the field of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and/or Measurement Intelligence (MASINT) or Signatures Intelligence ground and/or air spectrum. Experience in a single intelligence discipline, or with multi-intelligence disciplines over a career is acceptable however, last five years of career must be in one of the intelligence disciplines. Have a working knowledge of project management, acquisition planning, market research, test and evaluation, integration, and life-cycle management. Must be willing to travel in support of customer requirements, not more than 30 days in duration Must have a final Top Secret Security clearance, eligible for access to Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI)
