Lockheed Martin Compliance Consultant in Fort Worth, Texas
• Ensures compliance with EEOC regulations. Develops Functional Affirmative Action Plans and provides regular reporting to the FAAP owners. Assists internal legal counsel with federal and state charges and litigations. Conducts initial intake for internal charges. Prepares position papers for external charges in partnership with AERO legal counsel.
Supports execution of annual salary equity analysis methodology to include training, SME on associated tools and reporting; supports the compilation of compensation data and analyses for meeting legal and regulatory requirements such as OFCCP/EEOC audits.
Provides subject matter expertise to HRBPs and COEs on EEO and AA related matters. Acts as a consultant to HRBPs & Labor relations. Participates and provides consultation during the Workforce Reduction reviews. Serves as a delegate to the AERO GD&I lead for the Disciplinary Review Board meetings as needed.
Develops, prepares and conducts Leader and HRBP training on FAAP and EEO regulations in partnership with AERO GD&I lead. Streamlines compliance procedures, implements efficiencies to ensure compliance and effectiveness across all AERO sites.
Drives lateral connectivity and collaboration within HR and across the enterprise.
Basic Qualifications Subject matter expertise in EEO regulations, federal and state anti-discrimination laws Expertise in OFCCP Audits Experience in developing Affirmative Action Plans and statistical analysis Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Exceptional verbal and written skills Strong knowledge and understanding of LM Anti-Discrimination policies and procedures Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
