Lockheed Martin Finance Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas

This position is a Financial Analyst position to support the Development Value Stream Team (VST) on the F35 Program that will focus on Supplier activity. This position will support multiple contracts, CAMs (Control Account Managers), and Program Mangers. This position will be expected to act independently, and be the Subject Matter Expert for Supplier / Material accounts. The candidate will also prepare analysis to present to various levels of leadership. Specific duties include: •Leading Supplier Closeout Activity, including research in Cost Tools, and in SAP •Leading a Cross-Organizational Supplier Closeout Team – for both Cost Type and Fixed Price suppliers, to include documenting a basis for the final Cost position, and creating / maintaining a corrective action plan •Reconciling Supplier actual costs and developing Supplier Estimate at Complete •Conducting Supplier Earned Value (EV) analysis, managing program Supplier cost baselines, and performing associated variance analysis, using various Enterprise Toolsets, including SAP, MEV-M, CostView, and wInsight. •Updating funding profiles as necessary •Developing the material / Supplier knowledge of the Development Team, to include training team members, leading the team through preparation of budget and EAC (Estimate at Complete) profiles, and educating the team on toolsets •Assist the team in variance analysis for Supplier accounts

Basic Qualifications • Bachelors degree with a 8-10 years finance or cost analysis experience. • Experience managing EVMS (Earned Value Management System) for Suppliers / Material. • Experience Microsoft Office Suite Products. • Experience with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP). • Proven financial and analytical skills.

Desired skills • Excellent presentation skills. • Familiar with cost systems similar to Cost View and WinSight. • Familiar with Manufacturing Earned Value for Material (MEV-M) and the Cost-Type Supplier Database. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and qual. • A self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Data analysis through use of self-developed queries. • A strong ability to work collaboratively. • Ability to teach peers. • Ability to work independently. • High degree of interpersonal skills required in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel.
