Lockheed Martin Items Analyst Manager in Fort Worth, Texas

This position is a part of the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Supply and Tech Data leadership team and reports to the Senior Manager of IFG Government Item Management. Responsible for managing the execution of F-16 spares and repairs, as well as provisioning for several government and commercial sustainment contracts, servicing USAF depots and 16 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries. Oversees the daily operations of the performing team consisting of items analysts, logistics management analysts (LMAs) and logistics requirements resource analysts (LRRAs) delivering provisioning and supply products in accordance contract requirements and performance objectives. Assists in growing the F-16 sustainment business, and building solid customer relationships along with internal alliances to ensure high program performance. Performs managerial duties including hiring, performance assessments, career discussions, attendance tracking, disciplinary actions, talent development, etc. Responsible of CPAR responses to the Government and managing F-16 Supply performance metrics.

• Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications • USAF Supply Chain Experience • Bachelor's Degree from accredited college • At least 4 years demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team. • Experience managing multiple aircraft sustainment contracts, ensuring contract requirements are met and/or exceeded. • Experience working with supply chain management personnel

Desired skills • Demonstrated experience leading a team • Strong experience with a salaried and represented workforce. • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with task managers, customers and other resource managers. • Ability to generate monthly performance metrics and reports for Team Accountability Reviews (TAR) and other program management reviews. • Ability to meet deadlines and on-time delivery performance targets. • General understanding of government contracting. • Highly developed communication skills with capability to interface directly with internal and external customer personnel at all levels is essential. • Experience with international programs, DCMA, DLA and USAF Air Logistics Centers (ALCs) are highly desired. • Advanced skills with MS Office products (Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) preferred. • General knowledge of SAP or similar MRP system. • Desired degree in Program Management, Systems Engineering, Technical Discipline, Math or Logistics or Supply Chain Management. • Earned Value Management and Culture of Accountability Experience • Ability to travel as required.
