Under the guidance of the leader and/or a senior level consultant, the successful candidate will: • Conduct annual learning needs assessment and prioritization. Conduct on-going organizational needs analysis and translate into learning solutions. • Develop learning strategy that aligns to business strategy. • Design/deliver innovative and flexible learning and Knowledge Continuity solutions aligned to the business needs, available resources (people, processes, technology, budget, etc.) and LM standards. • Streamline processes and influence others to support effective and efficient decision making on curriculum design and instruction, as well as professional/leadership learning programs. Facilitate decisions around when to buy versus build talent for learning needs. • May also design/develop non-manufacturing development programs (instructional design). • Design learning measurement/assessment strategies to measure learning impact. Deliver non-manufacturing development programs (e.g. First Line Leader program). • Integrate with Supply Chain Management and administrative support team to procure external learning solutions. • Drive lateral connectivity and collaboration within HR and across the enterprise. Delivers data driven learning solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible. • Create, support and reward an agile learning environment that enables innovation, inclusion and leadership. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications • Candidate must be enrolled in a Bachelors program pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. • Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident.
Desired skills • Possess a GPA of 2.8 or higher. • Prior experience in the field/discipline of Human Resources applying standard practices, processes, and regulations • Ability to obtain a secret/top secret security clearance if applicable. • Demonstrated knowledge of the field/discipline of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Learning and Development solutions for a variety of audiences (e.g., professional, hourly, etc.), including conducting needs assessments, design, and implementation. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with instructional design principles and practices. • Demonstrated experience consulting with an assigned client organization on Human Resources, and Learning and Development topics • Demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying of milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results • Demonstrated experience delivering results for the business in partnership with Human Resource’s Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other organizations as needed • Demonstrated ability and experience coaching leaders and employees • Demonstrated ability and experience facilitating groups to deliver solutions • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods based on context • Demonstrated understanding of human capital analytics and key workforce metrics • Basic to moderate knowledge and experience with change management principles and methodology; preference for experience using Prosci methodology • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics • Demonstrate strong decision making and judgment, oral and written communication, and business acumen • Demonstrate basic financial acumen • Demonstrated experience using relevant software tools/ solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
