Lockheed Martin Personnel Security Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas

The Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Personnel Security (PERSEC) Specialist will provide day-to-day security support to IFG Special Access Programs (SAP). The IFG PERSEC Specialist will facilitate personnel security requirements in accordance with the NISPOM and DOD 5205.07 and be responsible for the following activities: • Administers the Program Access Request (PAR) process and SAPNP Questionnaires by managing the record creation, routing, and tracking of access statuses. • Tracks, compiles, analyzes, and summarizes internal PAR metrics for IFG Security Leadership and the customer on a prescribed recurring basis. • Reviews incoming supplier PARs for accuracy and access eligibility, and processes them to the next level for approval. • Monitors the management of program access quotas, review of transfer/termination reports, adjudication performance, and the status of periodic reinvestigations. • Coordinates and conducts program indoctrinations and debriefings for local and deployed personnel, and administers the associated paperwork. • Participates in the continued development and implementation of a centralized Personnel Access database system that houses all access approvals, cancellations, denials, temporary, and permanent removals, and tracks the status of PAR cases and program training records of all accessed individuals. • Prepares, maintains, and provides easily accessible documentation of PAR records in support of customer security compliance inspections. • Drafts, maintains, and updates IFG PAR protocols and procedures. • Supports the planning and execution of IFG Program meetings, conferences, and site visits. • Will function as the backup to the Visits and Badging Security Representative responsible for administering employee program identification cards, arranging in-coming and out-going visit authorizations, as well as access control to include, account creation, modification, and termination.
