Lockheed Martin Project Management and Planning Operations Representative, Senior in Fort Worth, Texas
Support Manager daily on any, all, and everything required Support all supervision daily on any, all and everything providing guidance as required Support M/E providing guidance as required Support established Departmental goals for nonconformance cost per earned hour Monitor and coordinate due calibration list of 200 calibrated assets Monitor delinquent calibration equipment list Coordinate overtime activity to include, filling overtime requirements, area assignment, union issues and interface Support performance cost to complete on all programs Technical support for all tooling rework, maintenance and concerns Review and coordinate material quality issues concerns Review and coordinate material shortage issues Review and coordinate new material changes Technical lead on all major planning issues or changes Alternate for supervision when on vacation, in training, etc… Alternate for Manager when on vacation, absent, ect… Review all new planning Support schedule on all programs Support schedule as needed on priority or critical part shortages Interface with MRB for technical process repair/rework Prepare for and support all audits Document all audit concerns, findings and corrective action Lead Point of contact for all audits ISO9000, ISO14001,Process Integrity Lead on all CAR/iCARS responses
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Experienced in process development and continuous improvement. Experience developing and executing program and project plans. Project management experience. Prior experience with project engineering. Experience with MS Office applications is required Experience with Excel. Experience in aerospace and or government defense Industry.
Desired skills Experience with organizational financial measurement and reporting . Self-starter with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, develop creative solutions, and complete complex tasks on a schedule with little oversight. Experience with risk and opportunity management. Advanced technical knowledge of composite manufacturing processes. Strong communication skills. Highly organized. Ability to learn and adapt to changing environment.
