Lockheed Martin Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Sr in Fort Worth, Texas
Position will provide support to the Depot Operations Plans, Schedule & Data team. This position will be a primary interface between the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Depot Operations & Modification Retrofit group and IFG sustainment senior leadership, providing weekly status reports and updates on group performance. Candidate is also responsible for supporting all efforts in creating the F-22 Depot Flow Plan. Successful candidate will be adept at developing methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel, utilizing various modeling tools and business case analysis. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for processing depot assistance requests as well as facilitating pre-dock and post-dock meetings for aircraft that are being inducted and delivered. Must have the ability to communicate at multiple levels of management and prepare briefs for an executive audience. Travel to the Ogden Air Logistics Center to support structured improvement activities and depot support may be required
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, F-22 Program access, and Special Access Programs.
Basic Qualifications Strong Microsoft office skills Background in schedule development and analysis Experience developing cost benefit analysis Experience developing metrics Excellent communication skills Working knowledge of the Air Force modification/ TCTO development and execution process
Desired skills Background in industrial engineering Aircraft maintenance or global sustainment knowledge Lean/Six Sigma certification Knowledge of Air Force Depot Operations Aircraft system knowledge of the F-22
