Lockheed Martin Property Analyst - Entry Level in Fort Worth, Texas
The candidate will be trained in the categories of the Property Management lifecycle to include; property acquisition, receipt/identification, records creation, physical inventory, sub-contractor control, reports, utilization, maintenance, disposition, and contract closure. The candidate will work closely with an experienced Property Management Team, support property records system requirements, and create metrics, management and customer reports. The candidate will utilize company and government business systems to manage and report Loss, Theft, Damage, and Destruction of Government Property, and will support, develop and ensure goals and objectives are met in maintaining an Approved Property Management Business System.
This position will require travel.
Basic Qualifications • Bachelor degree or above. • Microsoft Office skills.
Desired skills • Database management, SAP and/or Maximo systems familiarity. • Accounting and Finance experience. • Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). • Experience in maintaining process and procedures to ensure accurate recordkeeping of assets. • Strong oral and written communications skills. • Experience working with customers. • Knowledge of business systems.
