Lockheed Martin Quality Control Analyst Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas
This Fort Worth position will be the liaison for F-35 Sustainment Quality Assurance Management concerning modification operations, Data Quality Integration Management, Configuration Management, Autonomic Logistics Information System, and Quality & Mission Success personnel at F-35 fielded aircraft sites. Individual will act as Quality Assurance Interface with Mods and Heavy Maintenance, Data Quality Integration Management, Configuration Management, Autonomic Logistics Information System, suppliers, partners, and customers.
Responsibilities Implementing Quality Assurance plans, policies, and audit schedules with aircraft repair facilities/ depots and Depot Field Teams, Data Quality Integration Management, Autonomic Logistics Information System, and Configuration Management. Working directly with depots, Data Quality Integration Management, Autonomic Logistics Information System, and Configuration Management at the Fort Worth main campus, Orlando, and fielded aircraft sites on issues relating to Electronic Equipment Logs, Sustainment Parts Information Records, Data Quality Integration Management, Configuration Management, and Autonomic Logistics Information System. Providing oversight of time compliance technical directive construction and kitting, Sustainment Data Build Packages, Electronic Equipment Logs, and Sustainment Parts Information Records, As-Maintained prior to and after Autonomic Logistics Information System load. Training personnel on Autonomic Logistics Information System operations and entries. Coordinating with Quality & Mission Success Sustainment manager on quality issues concerning depots, Depot Field Teams, Data Quality Integration Management, Autonomic Logistics Information System, and Configuration Management related to the Autonomic Logistics Information System generated ARs, As-Maintained, Electronic Equipment Logs, and Sustainment Parts Information Records.
Basic Qualifications * Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline *Able to read and interpret engineering drawings including looking up part attributes. * Able to understand and use sustainment operating instructions. * Proficient in aircraft manufacturing process tools including: SFM, PDM, QADS, and VAS. * Subject matter expert in LDM, ALIS, CMMS, CRM (ARs), JTD, and SHM. * Subject matter expert in aircraft Configuration Management, As-Built, As-Maintained, As-Delivered, Sustainment Data Build Packages, Electronic Equipment Logs, and Sustainment Parts Information Records. * Knowledge of time compliance technical directives, modification practices, change requests, work books, and inspection criteria. * Experience with aircraft maintenance and flight line. * Able to assist in quality assurance plans and tooling policy development. * Expert in foreign object debris, tool control processes, and aircraft ground operations. * Operational knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management System and DCMA-I-8210 requirements. * Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Able to work independently with minimum direct supervision.
Desired skills * Experience with aircraft modification completion and customer closure processes. * Experience with development of field related technical directives. * Knowledge of the Senior Corrective Action Board Review Process and/or establishing Customer Concerns Working Group. * Green belt certification or other applicable continuous improvement experience. * Able to effectively communicate and work with team members. * Expert in presenting high level briefings and trainings. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, * Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
