Responsible for the development and execution of staffing and recruitment plans for assigned client organization(s). Provides consultation and guidance to hiring leaders, Human Resources, candidates and employees on talent acquisition practices, processes, timelines, and outcomes. Conducts effective sourcing of diverse, qualified candidates for management, experienced professional, non-exempt, and/or hourly/union represented positions. Prepares diverse slates by sourcing and recruiting nationwide using applicable tools (e.g., SmashFly, attending recruitment events, etc.). Guides hiring manager’s slating and selection decisions. Negotiates offers with selected candidates, provides insight into Lockheed Martin’s benefits, career paths/opportunities, and other competitive features that differentiate our company. Ensures successful completion of documentation and compliance with all hiring requirements. Identifies and applies process and practice improvements to ensure ongoing quality execution. Represents the company in various internal and external hiring forums, as well as with professional associations, diversity groups, and community service groups as needed. Maintains ongoing communication with business clients. Maintains excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees, candidates, HR Business Partners, Labor Relations, Compensation, Global Diversity & Inclusion, and Legal as needed. Drives lateral connectivity and collaboration within Human Resources and across the enterprise. Delivers data driven recruiting solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible. Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/ solutions (e.g., BrassRing) as needed. May travel for hiring events or other recruitment related activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident.
Basic Qualifications Demonstrated experience consulting with an assigned client organization on Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition topics. Demonstrated experience coordinating and communicating events (e.g., people, resources, facilities, and logistics). Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and current applicant tracking systems.
Desired skills Demonstrated experience as a recruiter in HR Talent Acquisition responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent. Demonstrated experience recruiting talent that requires various clearance requirements. Demonstrated experience developing recruitment and staffing plans for assigned client organization in coordination with overarching client organization/company, including identification of workforce gaps, opportunities, and methods to address near and long term resource requirements Demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying of milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results Demonstrated experience delivering staffing results for the business in partnership with Human Resource’s Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other organizations as needed Demonstrated ability and experience facilitating groups to train others, create solutions, and resolve issues Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods based on context Demonstrated understanding of human capital analytics and key workforce metrics Demonstrated ability to adapt to process changes and hiring adjustments Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics Must demonstrate strong decision making, judgement, oral and written communication Must demonstrate moderate business and financial acumen Ability and willingness to travel as required
