Lockheed Martin Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas

The selected candidate will fill an export/import licensing role within a dynamic International Trade Compliance team at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co. This individual will be expected to assist various programs in planning and applying for export authorizations to support line of business needs. Additionally, the selected candidate will be expected to train and develop skills to assist with the development of program export strategies in order to efficiently and proactively plan to achieve program goals.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline - Minimum two years of experience in a client/customer-focused role with exposure to export control issues - Microsoft Office applications experience - Demonstrated capabilities including: 1) Understanding and application of export control principles, concepts, practices, and standards 2) Ability to develop solutions to business issues 3) Capability of operating under general supervision while achieving organization objectives 4) Ability to interface effectively across levels with internal stakeholders

Desired skills - Experience in a fast-paced transactional environment - ITAR and EAR licensing and/or export compliance experience - Familiarity with other export-control-related matters (e.g., National Disclosure Policy, Missile Technology Control Regime, UK and Australia Defense Trade Treaties, Wassenaar Arrangement) - Familiarity with foreign export/import regulation regimes - Demonstrated business acumen - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter who effectively and rapidly drives tasks to closure
