Lockheed Martin Sys Integration Analyst Sr in Fort Worth, Texas
This Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Business Services (EBS) position is for a Lead AV staff member supporting into the Data, Voice & Video (DV2) South Region Audio/Video operations team.
Responsibilities include leading a team (including LM and contractor resources) in the delivery of AV / Streaming / Digital Signage services including (but not limited to): break-fix, tech refresh, system upgrades, in-field asset management, and customer engagements. -Own and accelerate the adoption of efficiency and optimization within their area of responsibility. -Support the South Region in all AV / Streaming / Digital Signage areas. -Collaborate effectively within and across organizational and geographic boundaries. -Manage risk and opportunities to ensure technical, schedule, and cost impacts are minimized. -Strong time management skills.
This professional will also ensure that all AV systems are well coordinated in the annual forecasting of equipment and providing well-managed and updated systems in a manner consistent with both Lockheed Martin policies and procedures.
All work must be performed on-site, including some off-shift hours, weekends and occasional travel. The position also supports a 24 X 7 weekly on-call rotation schedule with the ability to be on site within one hour.
Basic Qualifications Hands on experience with conference room, media center video displays and supporting technologies. Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting AV installs in various office environments. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage business initiatives and strategy, with the ability to analyze business strategies to influence successful project results. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with executive level and internal stakeholders. Experience with Remedy/ITSM process. Knowledge of DoD security standards, policies, and procedures. Candidate must be capable of obtaining a Secret Security clearance.
Desired skills Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at multiple locations. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while delivering superior results. Demonstrated experience related to IT acquisition, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. Proficient in SharePoint, Maximo, and SAP.
