Lockheed Martin System Integration Analyst Senior in Fort Worth, Texas
This Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Business Services (EBS) position will support the Client Device Services (CDS) Organization as part of the Engineering or Core Services Division. The primary focus of this position is the engineering and management of the Enterprise System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure. The Enterprise SCCM infrastructure enables the patching, software distribution, imaging, and reporting capabilities for over 115,000 unclassified Windows devices across the corporation. Primary responsibilities of the role include supporting the SCCM infrastructure globally, engineering future solutions and on call rotation support of the infrastructure and related tools and processes. The team is geographically dispersed and the selected candidate will need to be able to work effectively in a virtual environment. This position may require infrequent travel (1-3 times a year nominally).
Basic Qualifications • Demonstrated depth of experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) • Ability to perform and troubleshoot SCCM deployments • Performing as needed support of the SCCM infrastructure to ensure that the environment is healthy and operational • Ability to perform and troubleshoot SCCM deployments • Experience building and upgrade an SCCM infrastructure • Experience with Windows Server 2012 & 2016 Moved from Desired • Experience with SCCM client troubleshooting • Experience with Windows patch management • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server to develop queries which mine SCCM data • Experience with incident management processes • Ability to self-manage project deliverables • Ability to independently develop technical solutions to complex problems
Desired skills • Experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Experience with SQL Server • Experience using 1e Nomad • Experience working with Enterprise sized distributed environments • Familiarity with SCCM architecture and design • Familiarity with Standard Engineering Process • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) • Familiarity with Agile development methodology • Familiarity with performance management tools including Perfmon and SCOM • Exposure to Microsoft Data Protection Manager (DPM) • Ability to work in a virtual team dynamic • Ability to work non standard hours while on rotational on-call in the event of an incident • Desire to learn cross platform client device services such as for Mac and iOS and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
