The company is currently searching for a talented, Program Manager at our Georgetown, Texas facility.

Responsible for Program Management for product(s): - Manage various products/programs to ensure Enflite meets customer requirements. - Manage customer relations with internal/external customers. - Be the point of contact for customers and interact with customers to understand customer requirements, identify immediate and emerging customer needs, provide updates on product/program status, while working closely with sales account managers and other associates. - Maintain knowledge of all customer requirements through knowledge of contracts, purchase orders, warranty claims, etc. - Work closely with Production control and other support groups to ensure that customer requirements are met. - Coordinate with the cross functional departments to ensure customer commitments are met. - Demonstrate commitment to achieving ESH (safety) goals and objectives including compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and training requirements for a safe workplace. - Ensure compliance with company’s ethical standards, policies, procedures, guidelines, manufacturing standards, etc. - Uphold company values, ethics, mission and vision. - Develop/maintain performance metrics and manages to highest efficiency. - Complete special projects commensurate with position. - Provide briefings/facilitate meetings on progress of program management. - May assist and be assigned in other areas as needed.

Basic Qualifications - Ability to lead and manage several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project. - Ability to use data and metrics to assess performance against plan and develop improvement projects for metrics below plan. - Experience in Program Management. - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority. - Ability to speak eloquently with customers and be able to influence outcomes. - An excellent team player with peers and customer points of contact. - Ability to develop and give presentations for regular program reviews and key customer communications. - Project Management Certification a huge plus. - Be available to customers when needed.
