Lockheed Martin Classified Cybersecurity Senior Security Manager in Grand Prairie, Texas
Selected candidate will serve as the Sr. Security Manager and Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for Classified Cybersecurity at the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) facility in Grand Prairie, TX. The candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the Classified Cybersecurity function consisting of eight to ten direct and indirect charge security employees and requires a broad range of professional experience with the Defense Security Service (DSS) and multiple Special Access Programs (SAP) customers.
The successful Classified Cybersecurity operations of several smaller facilities within the MFC Enterprise by applying appropriate strategies and providing timely guidance to senior management and the local ISSM.
The candidate will also be required to gain timely authorizations and approvals for classified computing environments by appropriately applying the requirements of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) in accordance with the DSS Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) as well currently approved operations under various Certification and Authorization guides.
The candidate will have routine contact with senior level executives from inside the company and from multiple US Government agencies.
The candidate will work hand-in-hand with the other security functions to ensure the success of all company programs.
The candidate may also serve on corporate committees and will participate on internal and enterprise-wide self-inspection teams.
Basic Qualifications Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. as a permanent resident.
This position requires applicant to have a final secret security clearance with a background investigation performed with the last six years.
Candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance upon employment.
Must have a working knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Chapter 8 and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) in accordance with the DSS Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG).
Must have experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of system security plans and stay current with system vulnerabilities and provide current security awareness training to all system users.
Must be able to collaborate with other security disciplines to ensure all classified computing assets are operating in compliance with governing directives.
Must be able to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies and customers.
Candidate must have knowledge of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), classified computer operations and experience with the technical configuration requirements for various operating systems.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Experience working with classified information systems.
Ability to author system security plans, perform technical certifications, and track / maintain authorization approvals.
Must possess strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
Must be able to work with multiple customers and be able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Windows client/server background
Some UNIX/LINUX technical experience
Knowledge of operating system security requirements
Prior Information System Security Manager (ISSM) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO) experience.
Must have 8570 Level 3 certification (i.e. CISSP, CISM) or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
Desired skills Thorough understanding of Defense Security Service Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) / Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization requirements.
Familiarity with Host Based Security System (HBSS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and trusted agent responsibilities.
Familiarity with Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) Viewer and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
Understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Linux/Solaris, and server management tools.
Knowledge of system / network administration and government/contractor network inter-connectivity.
Candidate should possess knowledge of IT processes and COMSEC keying hardware.
