Lockheed Martin Project Coordination Intern - Dallas in Grand Prairie, Texas

Support the manager of offsite administration in the preparation and coordination of offsite assignment plans, domestic and international. Provide counsel to program leads on plan provisions that comply with corporate policies and business unit cross functional procedures. Support Field Service Engineers, as well as offsite assignees, with timekeeping issues, processing expense reports, and other assignment related issues and concerns. Must possess good interpersonal skills and attention to detail; job requires interface with employees, managers, and coordination with several corporate shared services organizations.

Basic Qualifications - Currently enrolled in an Business Administration/Human Resources accredited degree program or related.

  • Candidate must be able to meet the requirements for obtaining a secret clearance.

Desired skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Detail oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, & PowerPoint - Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently - Some system knowledge of SAP, timekeeping systems, WEB/SharePoint design and maintenance
