Lockheed Martin System Integration and Test Engineer / Grand Prairie, TX in Grand Prairie, Texas

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to perform a variety of systems integration and test assignments that will support program test milestones. Candidate will be required to leverage their technical, leadership and interpersonal skills in a structured team framework and work in a cross-functional team environment. Tasks may include:

Analysis of design specifications and development of product specifications and techniques to satisfy customer requirements, develop and recommend the system architecture and interfaces of the product, as well as perform trade studies and evaluations of engineering designs and concepts.

Developing integration and test processes and will perform integration of system components.

Determining verification methods, and verification analysis, development of test documentation, leading pre-test reviews, and coordination with Customer program offices and test facilities for test planning and execution.

Developing systems integration and test plans and conduct in house system and subsystem integration tasks, environmental tests, and ground/flight tests of the system to required levels to meet product requirements.

Generating and analyzing performance reports and process control procedures.

Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of systems and integration experience Ability to obtain a security clearance

Familiar with integration and testing hardware and systems (eg. production ground or flight testing; V&V (verification and validation) system; data analysis)

Customer and supplier interface experience. Supporting reviews; requirements, design, & implementation evaluation; test planning and execution; system requirements evaluation; evaluation of program planning; evaluation of program concept documentation; evaluation of HW/SW/PL/Test requirements and allocation; evaluation of PL/SW design; and evaluation of PL/SW implementation.

Desired skills Ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerodynamics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

Must have good communication skills

Able to effectively work in a team environment

Capable of solving complex problems Able to understand the entire system and the full life cycle of the product.
