Lockheed Martin Administrative Assistant Senior in Greenville, South Carolina
Performs a full range of administrative duties for FTO Director and support staff of approximately 40 individuals. Coordinates and schedules conferences and meetings including rooms, announcements, audio/video and other equipment and services such as Video Teleconferences (VTCs) and NetMeeting arrangements as needed.
Performs normal office functions such as receiving calls and making proper referrals; managing Director's calendar in Outlook; picking up and distributing mail. Answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares expense reports within Travel Tool. Maintains and controls personal and proprietary data exercising sound judgment. Monitors office supplies and submits requests for replenishment.
Exercises appropriate interpersonal skills in interacting with employees and customers. Responsible to plan, coordinate and conduct team morale events (i.e. potlucks, award/celebration events, lunch meetings, Monthly birthdays)
Performs other duties as assigned. Must a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Event Planning and Management Experience scheduling travel and reconciling expense reports Experience managing Director/Leaders schedules
Desired skills Familiarity with Lockheed Martin administrative systems and processes, primarily Concur travel system, P-Card, Electronic Catalog System ( ECATS). Some experience working with Security & Emergency Services. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of customer and company personnel. Support customer relations by setting up and coordinating visit requests, and clearances with LM Security and interface with customers during visits and meetings. Demonstrated effective organizational and problem solving skills. Experience with catering for working lunches / event support. Motivated self-starter willing to learn the business.
