Lockheed Martin Security Representative Senior in Hill Afb, Utah

The Successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include PERSEC, SETA, PHYSEC, OPSEC, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in the NISPOM CF2, DoD Manual 5025.07 Volumes 1-4 and other applicable documents and customer guidance. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of security requirements and be able to plan and implement security measures in support of the program and associated business operations and be able to effectively interface with business unit management, engineering staff and customer reps regarding security related matters. Additionally, they will: • Ensure the SAP NP is adhered to • Develop, conduct and track required security education and awareness training. • Engage with the PHYSEC support organization to ensure areas are appropriately accredited • Develop and implement OPSEC plans as required for program activities • Prepare operating procedures outlining regulations, and establishing procedures for the handling, storing, and transportation of program assets. • Investigate security incidents and violations; prepare reports of investigations for management and customers, making specific recommendations and implement corrective and preventative actions. • Assist with document and program asset management and accountability • Other duties as assigned to include providing support to the Facility Security Officer as needed Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. - A final, in scope, Top Secret/SSBI Security Clearance. - Strong interpersonal skills required. - Must be able to effectively communicate with Executive-level leadership and Customer personnel daily. - Skilled knowledge of NISPOM C2/DoD M 5025.07 and ICD series documents and OPSEC procedures. - Strong presentation and computer skills. - Demonstrated experience with self-inspections, customer audits and reviews. - Completion of CDSE (Computer Based) course “Special Access Programs (SAP) Overview Course, SA001.16” either previously or within six months of hiring. - Ability to travel in support of program activities and requirements as needed (no greater than once per quarter)

Desired skills - SAP/SAR and SCI Security experience a plus. - Completion of CDSE (Instructor Lead) courses “Introduction to Special Access Programs (SAPs) SA101.01, Orientation to SAP Security Compliance Inspections SA210.01, SAP Mid-Level Security Management SA 201.01”. - Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - The ability to develop, present and implement risk-managed security recommendations and decisions is essential. - The ability to lead small teams to accomplish specific tasks in support of program activities.
