The selected candidate will be a responsible Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Fleet Mods VST. These duties include leading/driving, planning, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account (CA). Demonstrate significant experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to perform cost and schedule variance analysis; develop monthly estimate to complete assessments; maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); risk/opportunity impacts; implement scope changes; and new program baseline activity - all in accordance with established monthly business rhythm.
Additionally, he/she will interface with several disciplines across program management, cost integration, master scheduling, SCM, and Government Depot personnel to provide coordination, maintain Earned Value metrics, and ensure appropriate problem resolution. Interface with the F-35 senior manager and program management team to inform of control account progress, identify potential risks/opportunities and develop, implement and manage corrective actions. Will also be required to interface with the USG customer representing LM Aero as the subject matter expert for their control accounts during integrated baseline reviews and cost/schedule variance reviews. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Basic Qualifications -Control Account Manager Certification -Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) -Experience with EV (Earned Value) metrics reports and data structures. -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
