The ideal candidate must possess the organizational and operational experience and expertise to manage cost, schedule and technical performance of all MSI activities for the program. The responsibilities of the Black Hawk MSI IPT Lead include:-Technical oversight and management of MSI team that include Avionics, Electrical, Software, AFCS, Crew Station Design and Qualification resources.-Ensure compliance to MSI contractual technical requirements, statement of work, schedule and cost commitments.-Generation and management to MSI project plans to include ASPP, SDP, SIP, and the program IMS.-Ensure that MSI CAMs and work package owners status their work as required and maintain cost and schedule commitments.-Management of MSI technical work products to include AvSS, EASDD, SRVM, ATPs, ETPs, FTAPs, Test Reports, FMS SRS, software development, STDs and FQTs.-Project Management that includes:• Resolution of Action Items, ICMs, SCNs• Risk Management and Training• Design and Program Reviews with Customer & Suppliers• Perform quarterly PSRs with internal management• Provide monthly MSI Metric Reports• Supplier Management of major subsystems• On-time submittal of MSI CDRLs to the Customer• Integration Labs - Fabrication/Modification• Support Customer Ground & Flight Test Operations• Coordinate with Customer for Air Worthiness Release-Support the PCOE with proposal generation, technical solutions, compliance matrices, estimates and briefings for new sales opportunities.

Basic Qualifications The successful candidate needs to be experienced managing complex hardware and software development projects, highly-motivated, innovative, and have demonstrated leadership skills adapting to a fast-paced inter-disciplinary team environment.• Experience interfacing with senior management, suppliers,• Proven track record managing suppliers• Working knowledge of avionics, systems engineering, and test technical domains• Practical experience using earned value management system tools• Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions with incomplete or inconsistent information• Strong oral and written communication skills• Experience preparing and delivering briefings to senior management• Working knowledge of export control restrictions for defense programs is desirable
