This position will provide NMCI on-site customer support to R Department personnel located at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia. Specific duties will include: - Take delivery of new NMCI hardware for further distribution to CDSA personnel (assets would be shipped directly to this NMCI ACTR rather than Dam Neck). - Coordinate NMCI deployment of NMCI assets to new users. - Coordinate reassignment of NMCI assets returned by out-processing personnel. - Coordinate and submit MACs for user move requests. - Manage new user accounts requests. - Prepare and submit seat orders in the NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET). - Manage Command NMCI Assets. - Manage Command User NIPR and SIPR accounts in the GAL and in NET. - Prepare and submit MAC requests. - Process additional software application requirements. - Assist with the next Tech Refresh effort. - Assist with NMCI data calls as required. - Assist users with the administration and maintenance of command shared drives. - Assist users with the administration and maintenance of Public Folders. - Assist user with the administration and maintenance of Security Groups and Distribution Lists. - Manage all aspects of NMCI classified assets, accounts and tokens.

Basic Qualifications Experience and ability to collect and interpret customer NMCI requirements and compare to the latest NMCI solution catalog for services that meet their requirements. Work with multiple web based service delivery tools Familiarity with Office 2010 products, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.

Desired skills Experience with NMCI service delivery tools (CADI, NET, RAPT, eMarketplace) Familiarity with Microsoft Windows file permissions Experience with managing active directory user accounts.
