Lockheed Martin Quality Control in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania
Perform reviews and inspections of program artifacts/deliverables and associated activities to assure quality requirements processes and standards are met. Analyze measurement data to ensure quantitative measurement effectiveness and to eradicate defects. Plan, manage and perform process and product evaluations (audits). Monitor the product development, integration, test and acceptance of products. Monitor the development metrics. Participate in process improvement. Perform shipping and receiving inspections, manage an equipment calibration schedule, manage electrostatic discharge workbenches and assign instructions for validating product entering into the supply chain.

Basic Qualifications Excellent communication skills Experienced with peer reviews and process auditing Knowledge of collecting, and analyzing metrics Knowledge of lean six sigma and operating excellence Knowledge of defect tracking tools Understanding of external quality standards such as ISO9001/AS9100
Desired skills Experience with Agile principles Certified Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt or higher Apollo Root Cause Analysis (ARCA) training or equivalent. Proficient with ISO9001/AS9100. Formal auditor training Formal metrics training Software development experience Hardware Quality experience Configuration Management experience Ability to support limited domestic travel
