Lockheed Martin Sr. System Engineer - Security Engineer TS/SCI w/ CI Poly N. Virginia; White Sands, NM; or King of Prussia, PA in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

The successful candidate will work within the team and lead the development, design, documentation and test requirements for a Multi-Level Security (MLS), High Performance Compute (HPC) environment. The successful candidate will interface with the customer, R&D users, program manager, CSCF system administrators and TUS software teams to define these requirements. The CSCF team is responsible for the successful design, support, and integration of High Performance Computer (HPC) systems (computation and storage), software code optimization, scheduling, and research applications in order to meet the computing needs of research projects and community within a mult-level security environment.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for Requirements definition, both System and Security, for the operational system that is primarily focused on Red Hat (with SELinux policies enabled), as well as understanding the needs of the R&D users and then defining the requirements to enable integration of end user R&D solutions onto the MLS Super Compute Environment. A successful candidate should be familiar with Security Engineering / System Engineering for IC Security controls such as ICD503 Certifications, defining workflows and monitoring the O&M team for compliance, CTP Development as well as leadership experience working with customer and R&D User community. Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment where daily tasking will provide support to a large number of different platforms which range from enterprise servers to small/midsize servers and supercomputers as well as operational support.

Basic Qualifications Strong System engineering experience, defining and documenting System requirements. Strong Communication and Leadership Skills, including working with Customers, Program Office and other Software and System Admin teams. Familiar with or Experience in Security Engineering Ability to Acquire Security + TS/SCI w/ CI Poly

Desired skills • System Engineering / Security Engineering in a MLS Environment or HPC environment • Experience using the Xacta tool for Security Requirements tracking and SSRDB Process. • Experience working with Customer / End User to identify requirements and define system level requirements, including experience creating and executing Security CTP’s • Experience with RHEL and ICD503 Controls • Project Engineering / Execution Experience • Familiar with Software development techniques and implementations a plus. • CISSP • Familiar with physical security and ability to backup ISSO
