This is a 2018 Summer Intern position. Seeking an energetic, enthusiastic intern candidate who has training and interest in at least one of these skill areas: C, C++, C#, Java, XML, Windows, .NET, and UNIX, system software and scripting development, Java programming, System analysis, System design, Software Design, Software Development and Implementation, Software Test, and wireless communications systems.

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance required for this role.

Basic Qualifications Acceptable degree programs include only science and technology related disciplines such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security or related discipline.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including US Citizenship.

Desired skills Proficiency with one or more of the following software languages or technologies: Java, C++, C#, Embedded Real Time software development, Digital Signal Processing, RF Communications, and Software Defined Radio. Candidate will have knowledge of basic software practices such as coding standards, unit testing and configuration management, database and System administration. Candidate will work in a team environment utilizing software methodologies and processes. Familiarity with Agile Development Process a plus. Strong communication skills a results oriented team player, creative thinker and problem-solver and follow all ethical standards of the Lockheed Martin Corporation.
