This is a position for an experienced professional with some understanding of principles, concepts and practices of long-range program planning. This person is responsible for assisting in the development of program plans, proposals and production schedules for the FBM program. Must assist in analyzing customer requirements and through coordination with engineering, manufacturing production facilities and the customer, assist in developing plans and schedules to meet customer needs and assist in identifying yearly contract requirements to meet those plans and schedules. Once plans and schedules are developed, they must be monitored and updated as new developments occur. Failure to do so or failure to achieve objectives may affect plans and schedules.

The candidate will use a variety of custom and standard software and data systems to accomplish their analysis and develop plans and schedules. Will need to develop creative solutions to a variety of problems. Will need to prepare and present plans to manager and other members of the Team. Requires excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to work as a Team. Requires a self motivated individual who is detail oriented and who will ensure the accuracy of their work. Requires competent Microsoft Office skills. Requires ability to develop and actively maintain good Lockheed Martin Team relationships.

Basic Qualifications *Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or other related degree from accredited university or equivalent experience/combined education.

*Demonstrated analytical skills (especially a strong math background)

*Demonstrated problem solving abilities

*Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) competency.

*Prior planning and/or scheduling experience

*This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen
