Lockheed Martin Administrative Assistant in Littleton, Colorado

Successful candidate to provide administrative support to multiple (up-wards of three) Directors for the Military Space Line of Business (LOB).

Duties include maintain calendars, arrange meetings, arrange and coordinate multiple travel itineraries, set up and facilitate meetings/off-sites/conferences, and interface with executive external and internal management/customers, and interface/coordinate with associated program managers and other staff. Using initiative, discretion and tact, receive and handle email, telephone calls and other requests. Determine priorities of non-routine situations. Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin (LM) policies and procedures preferred. Ensure all correspondences are accurate, complete and properly handled. Utilize personal computer and standard desk top software to access LM systems, compose correspondences, operate and set up sharepoint sites, spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point. Order office supplies and submit catering requests. Support protocol activities during customer visits, conferences and high-level executive meetings. Significant experience and familiarity with Company Travel Systems and corporate policies. Successful track record of support to executive leadership and customers. Experience working in a highly visible, dynamic environment with significant multi-tasking capability as a team player. Perform additional special assignments as required. Provide back-up to Executive Admin for Business Development VP and LOB Vice Presidents as needed. Willing to work 9x80A Track schedule.

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. U.S. Citizenship required

Basic Qualifications - Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. - Must possess language skills (writing, proofing, editing, drafting, formatting letters, documents, e-mails) - Must possess advanced computer skills with respect to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point), and internet research skills and be at an advanced level of competency. - Must possess the ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements (including international travel, FastTrac, and miscellaneous travel forms), reconciliation of expense reports and Visa statements. - Must possess the ability handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. - Must be very flexible and possess project management skills and project coordination experience sufficient to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision. - Must possess the ability to take initiative. - Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and complete assignments accurately and on time. - Ability to obtain a DoD Clearance or willingness to pursue such and ability to be granted.

Desired skills - Experience in supporting executive level management (Director level or above). - 5 or more years' experience in administrative field. - Active Secret Clearance. - SharePoint Experience. - Experience supporting multiple leaders.
