This position is responsible for Integrated Enterprise Planning (IEP) Data governance and will manage the availability, usability, integrity of data utilized by the enterprise to support and monitor operations. The selected candidate will represent IEP on the Digital Tapestry’s Data Governance Council. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to governor and managed data within an Operations environment, constructed and utilized data to manage and improve process efficiencies including cost. This requires a comprehensive knowledge of all Lockheed Martin Space system’s enterprise systems, (ERP, EPDM, COBRA, MSPS) data architecture. Must have outstanding communication skills at all levels in the organization

Interfaces internally with programs, senior production leadership and team to facilitate construction and utilization of system data to monitor, manage and report on enterprise production performance

In addition this job will be responsible for managing technical skilled surge support labor for various programs within IEP.

This is a leadership position and will be responsible for managing and directing team members, hiring, career development, managing performance, etc.

Basic Qualifications -Manufacturing/ATLO (Assembly, Test and Launch Operations) experience in multiple industries

-Comprehensive understanding of ERP/MRP and EPDM manufacturing tools with 10+ years’ experience

-Strong influencing and relationship skills

  • Leadership traits & demonstrated experience, formal or informal

-Demonstrated ability to manage and utilize manufacturing data to drive factory efficiencies

-Ability to liaise with, speak and present effectively to personnel at all levels of the organization

-Strong communication and relationship management skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

-Ability to work with cross functional teams to facilitate teamwork and communication.

-Production management experience

-Program Experience

-Software development and testing experience -System implementation experience

  • Proposal and Independent Non-Advocate Review (INAR) experience

-Integrated Base line review experience

-Ability to recognize Enterprise initiatives and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver charter objectives
