Lockheed Martin Lead Cyber Architect - Special Programs in Littleton, Colorado
Designs, develops and oversees program security architecture for classified programs including complex relations, interfaces and program security design activities. Serves as focal point for the development and communication of the security architecture. Evaluates all layers and functions of the business to identify interfaces and security concerns for classified programs focusing on every process, function and tie-in to classified programs not only on specific programs, but across the lines of business (LOB). The Architect will understand and evaluate those interfaces and how they interact and impact classified to mitigate unintended consequences across all programs, LOBs and Customer sets. The candidate will create and maintain a global security profile for Special Programs and be a resource for the overall business as they develop, expand and document the security profile of how we work today in tomorrow’s environment The Architect will ensure protection of mission requirements with a total security architecture providing solutions that account for all unclassified and classified aspects of the business and examines and develops an approach to all aspects of program elements and interfaces. The Architect will support internal and external design reviews, proposal input and new program start up; provide continuing counsel to current programs on all protection aspects and updates; and share expertise and acquired knowledge across all Lines of Business to ensure a company approach and understanding of a program security architecture. Key relationships: Counterintelligence, Systems Security Engineering, Enterprise Business Services, Chief Information Officer Organization, Business Development, Advanced Programs, Supply Chain, Facilities and all other multifunctional organizations.
Basic Qualifications - Must be well versed in all functions of security - Program, Personnel, Physical, Information Systems and Counterintelligence - to intelligently approach each business topic from all facets of security at the same time. - The successful candidate is expected to have a working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (DODI 8510.01) - Understanding of Cyber Security implementation, verification and certifications - Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers. - Must be able to communicate and lead architectural changes across program and customer organizations. - Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills - Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools - DoD 8570 Certifications - CISSP
Desired skills - Knowledge and experience with Cyber security requirements with a strong background in incident response, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments
