In this role you will be part of the Special Programs Planning team that interfaces with product teams and program management to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules. The Integrated Master Schedule will incorporate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program. As a member of the planning team you will conduct and lead the following activities for your product team:

•Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedules in Microsoft Project Server •Conduct critical path & risk analyses and output into actionable data for the Program •Assist in negotiating giver/receivers and facilitate workaround planning when needed •Conduct program control, analyses and forecasting in support of the business rhythm •Provide guidance to Control Account Managers in the application of Earned Value •Communicate schedule impacts and develop corrective action proposals •Provide mentoring to other planners •Develop Top Level Summary Schedules and IMS for small proposal efforts Lockheed Martin Space offers a total compensation package from competitive wages, on-site medical care, 25 three day weekends, and healthy living incentives just to name a few reasons to join Lockheed Martin Space. Basic Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 10 years of relevant, professional experience (or 8 years with a Masters degree); in lieu of a degree 18 years of relevant experience will also be considered •Previous planning/scheduling experience with Microsoft Project •Experience supporting projects with Earned Value Management requirements •Strong understanding of the Earned Value Management Process •Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule and rolling wave planning •Experience conducting critical path and risk analyses •Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills •Current / Active TS/SCI clearance
