Lockheed Martin Property Analyst Manager in Littleton, Colorado

-Primary Responsibility: Denver Area Property Manager for Unclassified and Special Programs. -Secondary Responsibility: Program Lead for LMSSC Property Management Corrective Actions and Self Assessments. -Leads and oversees the management and analysis associated with property business systems to ensure company, customer, and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to remain compliant and effective in protecting both Lockheed Martin (LM) and Government interests. -Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. -Interprets Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and supplements, contracts, Standards for the Guiding Principles of Property Management and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as applied to property acquisition, use and disposition. -Ensures compliance of major business systems and processes required to do business with domestic and international entities. -Manages the conduct of internal and external property assessments and analyzes results for financial and operational purposes; provides guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develops, recommends, and implements property management policy; and prepares periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc. -Oversees interaction with customers, federal oversight agencies and internal personnel while investigating, analyzing and resolving domestic, and international regulatory compliance issues. -May be responsible for providing guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws, and regulations and compliance requirements. -Leader will be held accountable to manage property with a proactive approach to affordability, consistency of processes across SSC, and creating an environment of team inclusiveness.

Basic Qualifications -Strong Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) abilities including managing a diverse workforce that entails all aspects of property management disciplines (Property Management/Disposition/Warehouse and Storage Operations). -Applicant should be familiar with the Property Related FAR 52-245 applicable clauses, Business Systems Rules, and the DCMA GPA / ACO functional roles that apply to property disciplines. -Position also requires an understanding of the Asset Management processes that includes Sarbanes Oxley compliance responsibilities. -Leader will be expected to lead the execution of corrective action plans and/or conduct property self-assessment inspections.

Desired skills -Strong communications skills at all levels with the workforce/property team, customers, Government Officials, DCMA, SSC Executive Management, Suppliers, and other outside stakeholders. -Ability to keep the team motivated and stay engaged with the property team across the multiple sites. -Ability to drive a common property process discipline across SSC. -Think, act, and execute strategically. -Familiarity with SAP, Property Systems such as PBS & Maximo, and FICO, P2P, Procurement Process, Supplier property processes, IMS, ITAR requirements, and the PLCO/Disposition process. -Experience leading the execution of corrective action plans or conducing self-assessment inspections. -Prior experience with Space Systems Company and multiple SSC Sites.
