Lockheed Martin Senior Cyber Architect in Littleton, Colorado
This position Is located in Denver and supports the Air Force Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. This Cyber Architect Stf position supports the overall Weapons Systems Engineering Integration and Test (WSEIT) Team by supporting the program Cyber Security lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for the architecture design, development, and integration of security architectural features, safeguards, controls into new and existing infrastructures while maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of mission-wide systems & platforms. Review customer requirements & provide input to system requirements based on CS posture. Address system-of-system architectural needs by drilling through all layers of embedded security within a given architecture to ensure the delivery of a resilient, trusted solution. Lead multi-disciplined teams in design & implementation of cyber security (CS) system architecture. Responsible for production of CS architectural artifacts and ensuring all CS artifacts are integrated into systems engineering deliverables. Experience with leveraging, integrating, and implementing DoD, NIST, and CNSSI standards, directives, instructions, guidance, policies, & policies into engineering solution to ensure the solution meets customer requirements. Provide architectural analysis of CS features & relate existing system to future needs & trends. Must know how to apply the Risk Management Framework across all phases of the engineering lifecycle. Embed countermeasures (anti-tamper, trusted suppliers, software assurance, secure system design, anti-counterfeit practices, anti-jam, anti-spoof) into the overall solution. Provide engineering recommendation based on CS needs analysis. Compile and leverage best practices & lessons learned into future iterations & new designs. Support Engineering Review Board by evaluating artifacts for architectural compliance. Provide broad based experience in systems engineering lifecycle & apply experience to specific CS initiatives relating to architectural design & development. Resolve architecture implementation issues during integration & test. Participate in proposals through ownership of CS architecture design & definition. Mentor next gen of Cyber Architects. Support of the program Systems Engineering Life Cycles Reviews (SRR, SFR, 9QTIM, and PDR) is included.This position will start in September of 2017, and is contingent upon the GBSD TMRR award in September of 2017.
Basic Qualifications - Knowledge and experience with Cyber security requirements - Understanding of Cyber Security implementation, verification and certifications - Must have a DoD 8570.01 IASAE I or higher certification that is in good standing. - Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers - Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment - Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills - Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience.
