Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator Sr in Littleton, Colorado
Perform subcontract administration duties in support of the Common Products Propulsion group. Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance for commercial, DOD and international programs. Support to special projects associated with subcontracts
Responsible for proposal activity on multiple commercial and government programs. Responsible for preparation and issuance of RFP/RFQ's, researching and evaluating qualifications of procurement sources, prepare detailed evaluations of proposals, develop negotiation strategies and negotiation scope to target costs. Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
Candidate should have a working knowledge of FARs and DFARs. Experience with CPAF, CPIF, T&M and FFP subcontracts. Responsible for the resolution of supplier performance issues, internal LM issues that effect supplier performance, and remedy accounts payable / invoicing.
The position requires excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with suppliers and internal customers. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, and be a flexible team player.
Basic Qualifications • Experience working with SAP and P2P • Procurement experience with respect to Subcontract Management activities. • Demonstrate ability to bring matters/issues to successful closure. • Excellent communication skills verbal and written. • Must be a US Citizen.
Desired skills • Knowledgeable of Lockheed Martin Policies, Procedures, and Regulations, prior experience working in procurement and the Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)/FAR/Lockheed Martin Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP) • Experience managing both development and production subcontracts. • Demonstrated subcontract experience to include development of RFP’s, complex statements of work, evaluation criteria, and source selection criteria. • International subcontract management experience with a working knowledge of import/export compliance and ITAR regulations. • Demonstrated ability to manage risk mitigation plans, resolve cost and schedule issues to meet program needs. • Experience in generating / executing Long Term Agreements, Leveraging procurements and product commonization. • Strong negotiation skills • Strong leadership skills
