Lockheed Martin Subcontract Manager in Littleton, Colorado

This position is responsible for managing the supply chain activity for Military Support Programs (MSP), Advanced Programs Mission Engineering (APME), P-220 and other Denver pursuits. This individual will manage a team of subcontract administrators responsible for varying complexity level of subcontracts from Fixed Price to Cost Plus Award Fee and/or Incentive Fee(s) contract types. In addition, this individual will be responsible for supporting Lockheed Martin prime competitive proposal activity ensuring that suppliers submit fully compliant proposals in a timely manner. This position requires regular interaction with Lockheed Martin management, supplier management, and U.S. government customers for the development and execution of strategies that impact all phases of a Program lifecycle (Capture/Acquisition Planning, Development, Production and Sustainment). A significant amount of interfacing is required across the program and functional leadership team. This position will develop and maintain program management plans, processes, source selection plans, define objectives, and facilitate meetings. The Subcontract Manager will review status of projects and prepare status reports and presentations.

Basic Qualifications • Must demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors · Must be both knowledgeable and experienced with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), public laws and corporate policy, including LMAP · Must be both knowledgeable and experienced with reviewing procurement packages · Must be experienced at negotiation Must have active TS/SCI clearance
