This position Is located in Denver and supports the Air Force Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. This System Engineer Sr. Mgr. position supports the Weapons System Engineering Integration and Test (WSEIT) Team by leading the overall MBSE team and integrating the MBSE processes across the program. This position will be responsible for the development, refinement, maintenance, integration and delivery of the MBSE Architecture and MBSE products. This will include the environment setup, configuration control, establishing and maintaining the modeling environment including environment setup, installation, upgrades, integration with other modeling and requirements tools, controlling imports and exports, data cleansing, and metric reporting. It will also establish modeling guidelines, checklists, and standard operating procedures, tool training, and provide general architecture leadership. This position will start in September of 2017, and is contingent upon the GBSD TMRR award in September of 2017.

Basic Qualifications -Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering execution on development programs - Demonstrated experience in the application of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Sys-ML System modeling on a relevant development program - Broad experience of Systems Engineering life Cycle process and tools. - Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written with the proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to varying levels of employees, management and customers - Demonstrated leadership experience with diverse teams - Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience.

Desired skills - Experience with SysML Modeling using DoDAF - Experience with system engineering missile systems - Understanding of SysML and MBSE - Experience with System Modeling using Cameo - Experience integrating MBSE products with System Analysis - Experience with US Air Force Weapon Systems Programs - Experience with US Strategic Systems - Experience with USAF Program Execution, HAFB experience a plus - Experience with Missile Weapons Systems - Experience with USAF Minuteman III Acquisition and Sustainment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project). - Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members. - Effectively manage change
