Lockheed Martin Warehouse & Materiel Analyst Associate in Littleton, Colorado

Oversees, manages and analyzes activities associated with property business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Interprets Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and supplements, contracts, Standards for the Guiding Principles of Property Management and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as applied to property acquisition, use and disposition. Ensures compliance of major business systems and processes required to do business with domestic and international entities. Conducts internal and external property assessments and analyzes results for financial and operational purposes; provides guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develops, recommends, and implements property management policy; and prepares periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc. Interacts with customers, federal oversight agencies and internal personnel while investigating, analyzing and resolving domestic and international regulatory compliance issues. May be responsible for providing guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations and compliance requirements. Performs a combination of manual and clerical duties to receive, store, disposition and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse. Examines assets to verify conformance to specifications and storage request forms. Stores assets or dispositions assets according to customers guidance and complies with all warehouse and disposition procedures. Determines methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space.

Basic Qualifications -Excellent organization and problem solving skills. -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong written, verbal communication skills. -Moderate lifting up to 50lbs.

Desired skills -Understanding in Government Property Management and FAR (52.245-1). -Understanding of the Property Management DFARS clauses. -Understanding of the SAP equipment module. -Ability to interface with multiple customers at all levels. -Strategic thinker and ability to drive results based on business directives. -Review changes to both eDDR and eSTOR environment to enhance capabilities. -Teamwork, high awareness and display of customer service, ability to prioritize.
