Ability to lead the development and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) of a very dynamic program. Extensive experience with Planning and scheduling and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a leadership role. Ability to provide direct support to the Program Manager for the execution of current and future business goals, contract execution on multiple contracts, customer objectives and formulation of new business strategies. Determines customer requirements and translates these into organizational plans which include the development of SOWs, WBS, IMS, Risk Assessments, Schedule Metric generation and reporting, and all activities related to execution of the Program. Possess a high level overview of the Program and will proactively address schedule conflicts and plan execution. The candidate must interface with a multi-discipline team, Program Managers, Cost Account Managers, external Customers and Subcontractors. Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting.

This position requires regular travel to RMS sites, including Palm Beach, FL, Denver, CO, Huntsville, AL, Colorado Springs, CO, Marion, MA and Mitchel Field, NY.

Basic Qualifications *Extensive Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation. *Extensive knowledge of developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). *Scheduling SW such as MS Project and Open Plan. *Schedule Metrics generation & reporting. *Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management. Strong communication & presentation skills. *Strong Organizational skills. Detail oriented. *Good command of written and verbal communication skills. *Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously. *Effectively interface w/ senior leaders in the organization. *Risk & Opportunity Management experience.

Desired skills *Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting. *Open Plan & MS Project skills. *Cost and Schedule integration w/ regard to EVMS. *Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines. *Ability to get a Clearance.
