Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, domestic and international purposes.

Responsible for supporting either hardware or software development of Special Test Equipment used to test RF/Digital/Analog/Power modules, sub-systems and systems in support of various business areas (Ground Based Radar, Airborne Radar, Undersea programs). Must follow documented development process for design, implementation, and validation of test equipment. Candidate must be able to understand drawing packages and schematics. Must be able to design (with assistance) and produce related artifacts. For STE hardware development this includes electrical drawings, assembly drawings, parts list for hardware development. For STE software development this includes Program Design Language, flow/sequence diagrams, and actual software. Working knowledge of LabVIEW or test instrumentation is preferred.

BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering Physics degree or equivalent.

Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
