Lockheed Martin Talent Attraction Sourcing Specialist in Los Angeles, California

•Manages the strategic sourcing, recruiting, and local employment branding and marketing campaigns for Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics' Company. •Tracks success of branding, marketing, and sourcing efforts to demonstrate ROI and drive investment decisions. •Drives brand awareness and the candidate value proposition for Aeronautics' Company to reinforce Lockheed Martin as the employer of choice. •Performs sourcing for positions for which it has typically been difficult to recruit diverse talent or that require highly unique capabilities. •Delivers available, diverse, qualified sourcing pools for recruiters to screen talent and prepare slates. •Executes recruitment branding, marketing and outreach, and social media strategies through collaboration and partnership with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organizational Capability, Communications and Community Relations, Corporate Talent Acquisition media and marketing, Workforce Strategy, Diversity and Inclusion, and Compensation, as well as relevant external organizations (e.g., vendors, community partnerships). •Applies industry best practices and studies other organizations’ sourcing, branding, and marketing practices to continually strengthen the strategy and execution for Aeronautics. •Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/ solutions as needed. •Performs other duties as assigned. •Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. Note: This selected candidate for this position can work from any US location with access to high speed internet and communication infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications •Demonstrated experience executing branding and marketing recruitment strategies. •Demonstrated experience sourcing hard to fill technical talent to develop ready, qualified, diverse talent pools that enable the rapid filling of positions. •Demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results.

Desired skills •Demonstrated experience delivering results for the business in partnership with Talent Acquisition colleagues, Human Resource’s Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other organizations as needed. •Demonstrated experience managing budgets used to execute branding and marketing initiatives. •Demonstrated experience managing vendors to ensure branding and marketing requirements are met. •Demonstrated experience consulting with recruiters and hiring leaders on candidate requirements for unique positions to effectively source candidates. •Demonstrated experience leveraging human capital analytics, key org impact metrics, and ROI to drive investment decisions.
