Lockheed Martin subcontract program manager in Marietta, Georgia
Candidate will be responsible to support management and delivery of subcontract products, materials and services associated with the programs in the Rotary, Mobility and Distributed Training market segment. Leads a team of 12 subcontract program managers and subcontract administrators in the execution of multiple domestic, FMS and DCS C130 training and training device programs as well as new capture opportunities . Responsibilities include: Serve as Control Account Manager for the SPM and SCA labor/support related to delivering these products. Ensure that negotiations and subcontract definitization, subcontract management, and resolution of contractual problems are done to support all business objectives. Prepares the Statements of Work (SOW), assists in the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Evaluation of subcontractor's proposals, the development of the Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL), acquires the required support for development and approval of the requirements documentation. Leads in the implementation of SPM processes and tools to ensure that all technical, cost and schedule performance requirements will be satisfied. Leads the subcontract management team through coordination of design reviews, technical interchange meetings, working group meetings and Program Management and Status Reviews. Monitor and provide progress and status of the subcontractors as required to support various program level reviews. Supports meetings as required with key LM functional executive managers and key customer representatives for Status and Management Reviews and to resolve problems and address and close assigned action items. Provides support to capture teams for domestic and international opportunities.
